About Us
Daisy Books is an indie-focused bookshop run by two authors (one of whom self-published her first novel in 2025). We aim to highlight indie authors in a physical store, giving authors a chance to hit those landmark moments in their careers — seeing their books on shelves, book signings, Q&As — whilst giving readers more confidence in the indie space. That means no AI writing or illustrations, quality-controlled stock, and plenty of opportunities to meet the authors they are supporting with each purchase. To facilitate our presence on the high street, we will also stock fantasy, romance, and romantasy novels from the trad-pub market, alongside our indie-pub fiction of all genres and age groups.
Our Shop
Our beautiful book shop is still being searched for. We hope to make our mark on an accessible town in England so that people can travel to visit us easily, whilst also making sure that regular foot traffic will be more likely. This decision gives us the safety needed to focus as much as possible on indie-published books. So far, we have not found somewhere suitable and do not have the funds to bring this dream into a physical store. We only sell online as of right now.
The Team
An indie-author of romance and fantasy, Rebecca Kelly’s debut, ‘Heartbeats on Air’, came out in 2025. She loves to play the piano, going to the gym, and her great Dane — Duke. Her reading tastes lean into the gothic, expansive fantasy, and she has written both in the YA and NA age ranges.

A literature student whose side-hustle is writing books. She has a love of all things books, pop culture, fashion, and Formula 1 — Forza Ferrari sempre. She will read literally anything and tries not to bound herself by genre, though she prefers adult to YA or MG stories. She writes adult fiction.
