The terms that apply when you order books from Daisy Books. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Daisy Books. Email info@daisy-books.com, or see our contact page.
If we can't accept your order, for example because a book is no longer available or we made a mistake with a price, we'll tell you and won't take payment. If you've already paid, we'll refund you in full.
You can cancel your order for any reason. You don't have to explain why.
When you cancel online, we'll email you straight away to confirm we've received it.
If a book arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, let us know. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
We'll pay the cost of returning faulty or wrong books.
If something's gone wrong, email us at info@daisy-books.com and we'll do our best to put it right. If we can't resolve it, the Citizens Advice consumer service can give you free advice.
You don't have to use this form, but you can copy it into an email or letter.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
