You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse it — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or scraping content in bulk.

We take care to make sure book descriptions, availability and prices are accurate, but mistakes can happen. We set each book's price separately in every currency we show, so prices aren't live conversions and may not match exchange rates.

Ordering books is covered by our terms of sale, including delivery, payment and your right to cancel.

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. You're welcome to browse from anywhere, but we can't accept orders for delivery outside the UK.

When you submit a book, you confirm that you own the rights to it and to any cover image you upload, and that the information you give us is accurate. Submitting a book doesn't guarantee we will stock it. We handle your details as described in our privacy policy.

The design and content of this site belong to Daisy Books or our authors. Book covers and descriptions remain the property of their authors and publishers.

We provide this site “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you may also be entitled to the protection of your local consumer laws.
